1. Agreement

By accessing or using ClubReporter ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

ClubReporter helps users create live match reports, manage club information, fixtures, and published reports. Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or in a way that harms others.
• Upload false, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or performance of the Service.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Service without permission.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including club details, player names, match events, and report text. You grant ClubReporter a licence to host, process, display, and share that content as needed to operate the Service, including publishing public report links you enable.

You confirm you have the right to submit the content you upload and that publishing it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable rules of your sport, league, or organisation.

6. Subscriptions and fees

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices, billing intervals, and plan limits will be shown at checkout or on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or events outside our control may cause temporary downtime.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Match reports and live data are entered by users; ClubReporter does not verify every match event and is not responsible for reporting errors made by users.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClubReporter shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
